She was required to preform the "tricks" we'd learned. She knew them, she could do them, but she didn't do them when required. There is nothing a training course is going to show us that will help us with her listening. She's doing it for attention, just like a little kid does when a new sibling first comes around. *shrugs* We've discussed going again but neither of think it will do much good.
