OH! And I totally recommend Thechew.com. Great show and they have a segment called 5 for 5,5 ingredrients, made in under 5 minutes, for under $5.

I’ll share with you my Google Doc folder of recipes. It’s pretty varied. lol

Also, I get the RSS feed of a few sites that provide a huge variety of recipes that may help you. It’s where I get many recipes from to save and try sometime later.

The way I see it, anything is expensive once you get past the beginner level. Sports there is equipment – at the very least good sneakers. Artsy stuff gets expensive fast. Cooking can also be expensive. You covered computery things and books. :P

It’s a tough thing. I’m sure you’ll find something that works for you and the fam. :D

I like Wikipedia, but have found that it just loads to slowly for me on my often shaped Internet connection. I am going to give these plugins a go, alongside WordPress, which should give me a little more luck:)
